The Block ‘Rooftop’ – Ingles St, Port Melbourne

Franklin designed and constructed the stunning rooftop terrace for The Block in 2016. Located in Port Melbourne, the rooftop takes in views of the Melbourne skyline yet retains an intimate garden atmosphere for apartment owners to enjoy.
